Terms of Service
How long does the process take?
Standard turnaround is 3–5 weeks from sketch to final files and stickers. Rush orders (3–5 day turnaround) are available for $100
What file formats do I get?
You’ll receive an EPS vector file and a PNG with transparent background—perfect for printing, embroidery, and web use.
What’s included in the sticker pack?
You’ll get 20 laminated glossy 2x2" stickers and 5 laminated glossy 4x4" stickers—shipped free worldwide.
Can I request changes after the design is done?
Yes, but any edits after final approval start at $100.
This is due to me having to stop work on my next client to make changes to your completed and approved design.
Do I own the design?
Yes. Once paid in full, you own all rights to your custom design. You can use it on merch, apparel, signs, or anything else.
Do you post my design online?
I often showcase finished work on my Instagram or website unless you ask me not to. Just let me know!
Can I order more stickers?
Absolutely. Additional sticker packs and upgrades are available in the Shop tab.
Terms of Sevice
1. Custom Artwork Process
All designs are hand-drawn from scratch and based entirely on your input. No templates, no shortcuts. Each project includes:
- A custom concept tailored to your department or shift
- Unlimited revisions during the design phase
- Final files in EPS and PNG (transparent background)
- A free sticker pack (see below)

2. Pricing
Custom logo packages are priced at $199.99, which includes:
- Unlimited design revisions before final approval
- Final high-resolution EPS and PNG files
- A sticker pack: 20 glossy laminated 2"x2" stickers + 5 glossy laminated 4"x4" stickers
- Free worldwide shipping
Full payment is required before I deliver final files or begin sticker production.

3. Revisions Policy
You’ll have unlimited revisions during the design process. Once you approve the final design and I deliver the files, any additional edits start at $100. This helps cover the time required to pause work on the next project and return to yours.

4. Turnaround Time
Standard turnaround time is 3–5 weeks, depending on your feedback and response times.
Need it faster? A rush order is available for $100 extra, with a design turnaround of 3–5 days (sticker shipping may still take standard time).

5. File Delivery
Final designs are delivered via email and include:
- EPS vector file
- PNG with transparent background
These formats work for web, print, embroidery, apparel, and signage.

6. Stickers & Shipping
Each completed design includes:
- 2x2" stickers
- 4x4" stickers
- worldwide shipping
Additional sticker packs can be purchased in the Shop tab.

7. Refund & Cancellation
Because all work is 100% custom:
- The deposit is non-refundable
- Partial refunds may be available only if no design work has started
- Once I begin sketching, no refunds will be issued

8. Ownership & Copyright
Once your invoice is paid, you own full rights to your design—including for commercial use.
I retain the right to showcase the final artwork on my website and social media unless you request otherwise in writing.

9. Your Role
Clear communication keeps things moving. I ask that you provide timely feedback and direction. Delayed responses may affect turnaround time.
